A party of adventurers is stranded on the barren, hostile planet of Volturnus after a pirate attack. With help from the Ul-Mor, players work to survive and seek the lost explorers, relying on the mysterious tree-dwelling Kurabanda for guidance. The game continues the events of Crash on Volturnus.
