Undead forces move through the Bloodwind Spoil as Nagash’s influence spreads, bringing the cold stillness of death to a landscape of slaughter. The supplement focuses on the Grand Alliance: Death, detailing how necromantic and spectral warbands operate within the Eightpoints setting. Players assemble and field four full Death warbands—Flesh-eater Courts, Legions of Nagash, Nighthaunt, and Ossiarch Bonereapers—using new fighter cards, rules for Monsters of Death, and options for mixed runemarks and multiple leaders. The book adds campaign content: Fated Quests, Challenge Battles, name and origin tables, and spoils tables to support ongoing campaign play with Death forces.
