Weird Tales & Paranormal Investigations: The Time a Tree Saved Me
A 2nd-level encounter for Gangbusters RPG centers on detective Don Cole’s investigation of a kidnapping. After tracking the kidnappers to a house on the edge of town, he watches three suspects and calls for help before moving in. Players must deal with a heavily armed Tough carrying a tommy gun and a woman with a derringer while using the surrounding trees for cover. The scenario presents a tense confrontation requiring investigation, positioning, and decisive action.
