Observation balloons make nice trophies. Defend or torch them in this expansion. Add a Caquot balloon and a Nieuport 16 armed with Le Prieur air-to-air rockets to miniature battles. The rules booklet introduces balloon and rocket rules, new missions, and decals for customizing the balloon.
