This supplement adds over 100 magical items for Old-School Essentials and other classic fantasy role-playing systems. The collection includes weapons, armor, garments, rings, wands, assistive items, and cursed or unusual treasures, with many entries accompanied by a short story for added context. It also provides seven adventure plot ideas and a compatibility table that groups classes and classes-as-races into categories such as Rogue, Warrior, and SpellCaster to determine item access.
