Investigators travel to modern-day Florida to debunk claims that a tract of land is haunted. After the real estate agent who hires them vanishes while showing a client the property, they must investigate what happened and uncover the truth behind the site. The adventure is short and straightforward, though dangerous, and can be adapted to another place or time.
