Two expansions combine in one box to add new terrain, hazards and interactive elements to the base game. Players negotiate swamps, rushing rivers, mountain passes, skull-marked danger spaces, water vortexes and fog-covered mystery tiles while deck-building and moving their explorers along the route. Dragons occupy and block spaces until a matching-color card is played to shift them, while treasure chests act as collectible movement tokens that can also win the game if enough are gathered. Additional modules add shrines that require stopping to collect artifacts, a Muisca mini-deck that expands and lets players reserve up to two special cards, and other modular tiles that can be mixed and matched for varied setups.
