This system-neutral GM supplement introduces the arjetkainen, bizarre alien beings that feed on insanity and suffering. It presents ideas about their origins, behavior, and possible uses in play, along with tables of strange habits. The supplement also explores morteplasm, an essence associated with the undead, including possible effects and the process of extracting it. Additional material covers neteromelging, including ways to harvest morteplasm and transform arjetkainen. No game statistics are included.
