A campaign supplement for superhero roleplaying games, presenting a scenario in which mutants have conquered the world and established a new order. It includes background on the invasion, guidance for placing characters within the Resistance, and rules for the mutant tyrant Holocaust, geneplate soldiers, Purifier exo-suits, and Pacifier combat robots. The open-ended format supports quick, improvised play while leaving room for further development in any setting. Six adventure ideas provide starting points for stories about resisting and overthrowing the mutant regime.
