Age of Steam Expansion #2: Western United States and Germany

This expansion includes a double-sided map covering the western United States and Germany, with each side adding distinct rules and terrain to the railway-building game. On the Western US map, players manage transcontinental networks, towns begin with goods cubes that disappear when urbanized, and swamps add a new terrain type. On the Germany map, Berlin always receives a cube during production, long-distance hexes make some track expensive, the Engineer ability halves the cost of one track piece, and Interurban links are introduced.
