Age of Steam Expansion #4: France and Italy
A two-sided map expansion featuring France and Italy, each with distinct rules and economic conditions. In France, Paris is a multicolored city with exceptionally strong goods growth. Urbanization is weaker, production is stronger, and an engineer is required to build through mountains. In Italy, the map contains only cities, which cannot be newly created, and players may build only one complete link per turn. Share limits are removed and issuing shares carries a smaller penalty, while black goods can reduce income when moved.
