Aquilae: Bestiary of the Realm - Skelettin (5E)
This 5E supplement introduces the Skelettin, a giant-sized, two-headed undead brute formed from the remains of an ettin. It is typically equipped and dressed as it was in life. Four complete stat blocks provide versions of the creature for different difficulty levels, allowing it to be added to adventures and campaigns across a broad range of character levels. The booklet also explains how to use the Quadded Statblock format.
