Arena: The Contest – Dragons of Tanares
This 300-page hardcover campaign setting expands the world of Tanares for roleplaying sessions. Five dragons lie hidden in hibernation across the world, and the Dungeon Master determines whether each begins the campaign alive or dead, creating one of sixty-four possible scenarios. Players investigate the dragons’ legends, locate their lairs, and may face them in battle. Other scenarios explore the political and social consequences of a world where some or all of the dragons have died. The book includes setting information, locations, characters for use as PCs or NPCs, and extensive artwork to support campaign creation.
