A sequel expansion revisits the first campaign, offering a new challenge built around the same setting and investigators. The set adds 46 new encounter cards and 20 new player cards that alter enemies, locations, and events from the original scenario, reshaping encounters and player options. It also includes a premium storage box and dividers to organize the campaign components. Players use investigators' decks, skill checks, and card-driven resolution to explore locations, confront cultists and monsters, and manage resources and trauma across linked scenarios.
