Beyond Boardwalk and Park Place (fan expansion for Monopoly)
A rule set that alters classic property-trading gameplay by introducing eleven specific changes to speed play and cut luck. Property purchase prices are doubled and mortgaging is removed; instead players may sell properties back to the bank at their mortgage value. These adjustments make buying every landed property impractical, increasing the frequency of public and private auctions and shifting the focus toward bidding, negotiation and tougher investment decisions. The variant also trims downtime and streamlines turns to shorten play without changing the board or core movement mechanics.
