Carcassonne: Hunters and Gatherers

Players build a Stone Age landscape by placing tiles that form forests, rivers, lakes and meadows, then deploy meeples as hunters, gatherers or fishermen to score from the tableau. Forests, meadows and river systems score differently: completed forests can trigger bonus menhir tiles; meadows score per animal with larger animals worth more and tigers affecting scoring interactions; river segments and lakes provide fish-based points, and fishing huts score for fish across connected waterways. Turn sequence follows tile placement and optional meeple placement, with final scoring combining features and special tiles to determine the player with the most points.
