New World: A Carcassonne Game

Players lay landscape tiles to expand a coastal frontier, building roads, towns and countryside in turn. Each tile may host a token that claims a road, town or field; completed features score points and return the token to the player. A pair of surveyors advances west as the game progresses, pushing exploration forward. Any tokens left on incomplete features that the surveyors pass are removed without scoring, so timing and efficient completion determine the winner.

The worst version of Carcassonne. I can live with the randomness of the tiles in the original game - but here it becomes ridiculous. The surveyors are annoying beyond belief, and there's practically no forward planning. I HATE this game, and I LOVE Carcassonne.
