Chronicles of Frost
Players take on heroic adventurers in a dark, icy fantasy setting and pursue quests to build their legend. Each player starts with a small deck and two quests, then improves their character by acquiring new ability cards, items and allies. Cards have upgraded effects that activate through skill tokens or by exerting the character to push for greater rewards. Players explore and shape a modular map of locations, use site abilities, battle enemies spawned by the Mists, and retire cards into a personal chronicle that scores fame at game end. Supports competitive play for up to three opponents or cooperative play in an 80-minute session.
