Commands & Colors: Napoleonics Expansion #5 – Generals, Marshals & Tacticians

This fifth expansion for a Napoleonic battlefield system includes 18 historical scenarios, many covering French engagements against Russian, Austrian, and Prussian forces around Leipzig, along with battles from 1808 to 1815. Players use Command cards to direct movement and manage the uncertainty of battle, while dice resolve combat across stylized maps featuring significant terrain. A new deck of Tactician cards and an updated Command card deck expand the role of battlefield leaders without adding significant rules complexity. The expansion also provides tactical ratings for commanders in previously published scenarios, allowing them to use the new cards and rules across the wider scenario collection. A base game and, for many scenarios, earlier national army expansions are required.
