Heroes venture into dangerous catacombs to seek hidden treasures that enhance their combat abilities. New companion allies can join their battles and assist in the defense of the realm. The expansion also introduces new threats emerging from the dungeons, including Spiders, Renegade Trolls, and Warlords. These additional quests, allies, enemies, and challenges can be added to any game of Defenders of the Realm.
