Defenders of the Realm: Winds of War
An optional variant for Defenders of the Realm adds a tracking board and 16 cards. Special Hero cards played for their powers and “All Is Quiet, Darkness Spreads” cards are placed on the board. When the third card is added, a Winds of War card is drawn, usually creating a negative effect unless the team fulfills its prevention requirement. The contents are included in the second edition of The Dragon Expansion, with rules provided in its rulebook.
