A fan-made expansion that adds 34 additional playable factions for use with Twilight Imperium Fourth Edition. All factions are designed to integrate with the base game and have been playtested alongside the 25 official factions. The expansion requires the Prophecy of Kings content to be used and aims to add variety without significant extra rules overhead.
