Terraforming Mars: French Championship Promo Cards
This promo set adds two fan-made cards distributed during the 2019 French championship. One allows a city to be placed on an ocean tile after five oceans are in play, while reducing energy production and drawing cards based on the number of oceans. The corporation card starts with 50 M€ and copies the effect or action of a corporation discarded by an opponent, ignoring production and resource values.
