Genesis: Empires and Kingdoms of the Ancient Middle East

Players take the roles of major Late Bronze Age states in the ancient Near East and compete to expand economic influence, control trade routes and build monumental works. Gameplay centers on managing resources, securing caravan centers and luxury trade, deploying military forces including chariotry, and manipulating gods and local powers through event cards. Minor polities and regional centers appear via events and can be brought under influence or contested by players. Actions combine economic development, military campaigns and political maneuvering as players vie for dominance across a map of Bronze Age Mesopotamia and its neighboring regions. The game supports one to five players.
