Imperial Settlers: Empires of the North – Workers In Training
Four Workers in Training tiles provide an additional action option. During setup, place the tiles in the center of the play area. As an action, a player assigns two workers to a tile and places it in their Empire. During cleanup, one worker returns to the player’s supply.
