La Bataille de Deutsch-Wagram
A detailed Napoleonic operational wargame recreating the two-day fight on July 5–6, 1809 during the Danube campaign. Players command French and Austrian armies with units at regimental/brigade scale across four large 22"×32" maps and about 1,000 counters. Movement and combat use the La Bataille system at 100 m per hex and 20 minutes per game turn; unit strengths represent 50–100 men per strength point. The boxed set includes multiple scenarios plus a strategic-level layer that links battlefield actions to broader campaign decisions.
