Players take the roles of adventurers roaming an open fantasy world to complete quests, gather resources, and increase fame and prestige. The game uses a persistent save-and-load system so actions in one session alter the shared world and carry over into future games, with no external bookkeeping required. Sessions allow characters to progress across multiple plays and players to swap between sessions, while encountering quests, NPCs, and familiar animalfolk from the shared setting.
