Lock 'n Load Tactical: Day of Heroes

A tactical skirmish game that recreates the October 1993 urban battle in Mogadishu through a set of linked scenarios. Players command American Ranger and Delta Force squads or Somali militia, deploying by helicopter, moving through city streets, clearing buildings, and engaging in close-quarters firefights. Nine scenarios vary from short engagements to a campaign-length scenario that traces the unfolding mission and its deteriorating extraction. Play emphasizes infantry tactics, unit activation, line-of-sight, suppression and casualty tracking, with scenario-specific objectives, reinforcements, and helicopter operations.
