Lost Ruins of Arnak: Soothsayer's Runes Promo Card
A promotional relic that lets a player copy an effect from an opponent's deck. The player chooses one opponent's deck, selects any card from that deck, and immediately resolves a copy of that card's effect. After copying, the chosen card is returned to the top of the opponent's deck.
