Monsoon Seas: Naval Warfare in the South Atlantic and Indian Oceans, 1777-1783
A set of special rules, scenarios, and historical commentary covering naval warfare during the 1777–1783 campaigns in the South Atlantic and Indian Ocean. Most scenarios focus on French Admiral Pierre-André de Suffren’s battles with the Royal Navy, with additional scenarios covering the 1776–1777 Spanish-Portuguese War. More than twenty engagements include Sadras, Providien, Negapatam, Trincomalee, Cuddalore, and other actions. The 72-page rules section expands the Close Action naval warfare system for these campaigns.
