Pax Hispanica: Sea of Lies
Players assume the roles of rival pirates vying for control of the Caribbean by pursuing one of four distinct victory paths. Each turn a player selects a card, places it face down, and resolves the indicated action—but the card may be declared truthfully or lied about. Other players can challenge declarations, creating bluffing and deduction around movement, raids, and resource actions. The game plays quickly and uses simplified mechanics drawn from a larger system, emphasizing hand management, hidden information, and social interaction as players try to advance their chosen path while misdirecting opponents.
