Plight of the Tuatha Part Three: Dark Sails and Dark Words
The adventurers travel to Chandegar, a port city of education and trade where cursed beings and rival factions wage a hidden war beneath the rule of the Avitian Empire. They seek the final pieces of Philiandrius’s magical research, while navigating threats from underground factions and Fomoire raiders. This adventure is designed for four 6th-level characters and includes an in-depth setting guide to Chandegar, eight competing factions, ten new monsters, nine magic items, and the Lawspeaker prestige class.
