Poetic Platitudes of the Potato People: A humorous adventure for Four Against Darkness
A comedic campaign expansion that casts players as the beleaguered orc-side defenders of Kartoffelheim as crops and morale are undermined by mysterious poetic potatoes and internecine squabbling. Players recruit and play new monster-and-patoid-themed classes, explore rural and military locales, investigate who or what is causing the agricultural and morale collapse, and resolve conflicts through combat, roleplay, and problem-solving. The book supplies new monsters, classes, scenario seeds, and hooks for running adventures from the ork/“Other Side” perspective, integrating with the core dungeon-delving rules.
