Seasons of Rice: The Water Festival
The Water Festival marks the annual flow reversal of the Tonle Sap River! A river of four double-sided cards is rotated and shuffled before being laid between the players. Players build their landscapes from the river, competing for majorities of the features connected to their paddies. These majorities provide scoring abilities at the end of each season. The Wet Season uses set intermediate scoring, while the river cards are flipped before the Dry Season to create randomized final scoring.
