This promo pack adds two cards: King's Decree and Gemstone. King's Decree requires the sheriff to pay 15 gold when checking a bag containing only one other legal good. Gemstone is a rare gem that can be smuggled only in a bag containing exactly two items and must be revealed after passing inspection to confirm the condition was met.
