Players recruit and reorganize the Red Army, allocate limited resources, and pursue special options such as continuing the war, securing the Imperial gold reserve, or prioritizing internal security. Victory depends on stabilizing the revolution by balancing offensive operations, defense of key cities, and handling internal dissent and foreign intervention.
