Steamwatchers: Fuel For War
War chiefs provide powerful leadership on the frozen battlefields of Europa. These units replace regular Conclave tokens and gain a new ability each round they remain in the Conclave. They can then enter battle with all of the powers they have gathered, but staying too long leaves only ash. The expansion also adds neutral cards to the clan card pool, along with new Scenario and Archon cards.
