Steamwatchers: Peace With Wolves
Expand the conflict with Diplomacy cards that let Clans trade and barter for access to other technologies. Alliances can strengthen both sides, while one-sided betrayal may leave a Clan exposed. For 2–3 players, the Alliance mode lets each player control two Clans, creating a more crowded map. The expansion also includes new Scenario and Archon cards.
