A group of Vikings travels to a cold northern inlet to rescue Bjørgvin’s greatest raider, whose longboat has been wrecked and whose crew lies wounded. They must explore a haunted land once ruled by an old king who defied the gods, facing the dangers that keep the stranded raider from returning home.
