The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – Assault on Osgiliath
Players join Gondor’s war host as it marches into the ruins of Osgiliath, confronting Orcs and Southrons across a sequence of locations. The scenario uses the living card game's encounter deck to drive battles, sieges, and treacherous events while players advance and retreat along the city’s ruined streets. Gameplay focuses on area control and tactical combat: players travel between unique locations, engage new enemy types, manage threat and damage, and respond to treacheries and forced effects drawn from the encounter deck. The pack adds scenario-specific cards to expand the campaign’s narrative and challenge level.
