Set in 1980s Japan, this investigative horror roleplaying supplement follows the reappearance of the Sutra of Pale Leaves and the growing influence of the King in Yellow. Strange portents, the twilight city of Carcosa, and the book’s corrupting effects shape the scenarios. The book includes guidance on the Sutra, six ready-to-play investigators, a range of NPC confidants, and four standalone scenarios. These scenarios can be played individually, linked into a campaign, or combined with a companion volume for a longer story.
