Create a 1950s suburban neighborhood and score points by filling in streets, houses, and amenities with themed elements. One neighborhood centers on ice cream vendors and treats; players follow routes and mark houses to collect bonuses tied to cones and trucks. The other introduces a zombie outbreak theme where players add barricades, gather ammo, and mark defenses while continuing to develop the community. Both neighborhoods use new graphics and alternate scoring options that modify how rows and objectives are completed.
