Welcome to New Las Vegas

Players design and develop a Las Vegas–style resort district using two sheets: a map for placement and a score sheet for objectives. Each turn presents three paired options consisting of a casino number and an associated action; players pick one to write that number into a street space and then perform the action on their map. Actions include opening casinos, building hotels and golf courses, staging shows for tourists, and moving limousines for VIPs. Players score by completing public goals, arranging features in numerical order on streets and avenues, and optimizing interactions between the map and objective sheet. Gameplay is simultaneous and supports multiple players, with randomized action sets producing varied strategies each game.
