Welcome to the Dungeon
Players take turns building a dungeon by drawing monster cards or passing; drawing lets a player either keep a monster (and discard an equipment) or place it face-down into the dungeon for the eventual challenger to face. When only one player remains, that player becomes the challenger and runs the dungeon by revealing the stacked monsters one by one, using equipped items and character abilities to absorb or negate damage. Rounds resolve with survivors winning the round and losers flipping or removing a two-sided player card; play continues until a player wins two rounds or all but one player are eliminated. The box includes multiple character sets and a reshuffling of cards between rounds.
