In 1985, Warsaw Pact forces advance into northern West Germany, meeting NATO units along the Weser River. Players command platoon-level formations in fast-moving combat, activating units, coordinating air support, and contesting initiative. Attacking and defending units both roll dice, comparing results to resolve hits directly from the information on their counters. Random turn lengths and formation activations shape each engagement.
