Lords of Vegas: Underworld – Vegas Shutdown Promo Card
A charity promo card that alters dice values across the board when revealed and then is discarded. When played, it sets each casino’s highest die to 3 and all other dice to 1, then discards itself. The next property card triggers a payout that pays all casinos; players do not draw a property card the turn it is discarded. When discarded from the Underworld board, it also grants each player $1m for each of their dice in every casino and parking lot they own. Available as a separate add-on; proceeds support relief for casino industry workers.
