Players develop empty lots into casinos, expanding footprints and adding floors as they invest money and roll dice. Rival developers can place competing casinos nearby, take over properties through majority control, or sway outcomes with strategic dice placement and betting. The game mixes area control, stock-style ownership, and push-your-luck gambling. Players buy, sell, trade, and place dice to influence expansions and takeovers, while managing cash to grow their casino empire along the Strip.
