In a post-nuclear Antarctica, the surviving factions of the superpowers vie for scarce habitable ground and survivors. Two players command remnants of opposing forces, using simple diceless rules to move, displace, and isolate enemy survivors while managing limited carrying capacity and hunger. Radioactive contamination advances from the coasts each turn, shrinking the playable area and forcing confrontation. Victory comes by eliminating or compelling the opponent’s units through attrition, positional encirclement, and resource exhaustion rather than direct combat.
