Players continue an ongoing campaign in Middle-earth, exploring the ruins of an ancient elven forge to uncover relics and secrets tied to the Rings of Power. The game adds sixty new cards and a new hero, along with cards that strengthen Silvan and Noble allies and introduce a Doomed X mechanic. Players build decks across the game’s spheres, manage resources and cards, commit characters to quests, engage enemies in combat, and resolve scenario-specific objectives as the story advances toward the cycle’s conclusion.
