The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – The Redhorn Gate
Players guide a fellowship escorting a noble refugee across a winter mountain pass, facing blinding snowstorms and swarms of hostile forces. The cooperative card-driven campaign sends players through a linked series of scenarios that extend previous encounter sets and introduce new challenges. Gameplay focuses on deck-building and card management as players quest, travel, and resolve encounters; each round players commit allies and resources, engage enemies, and overcome hazards generated by the encounter deck. The set adds new player and scenario cards to expand available strategies and narrative options within the mountain-themed cycle.
